As part of its annual work plan, the Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of food safety and quality as a corporate risk to Â鶹ÊÓƵ. It focused on the period from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2019. The audit team conducted the fieldwork from 29 July to 26 August 2019 at Â鶹ÊÓƵ headquarters, which included interviews with relevant stakeholders from a variety of Â鶹ÊÓƵ locations. The audit was conducted in conformance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
