Dinners in the Fall

Dinners in the Fall is an educational experience for the students in the Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts program. Students plan, prepare and execute an unforgettable evening of dining. Each night's three-course menu is carefully crafted to showcase the talents of our future chefs and hospitality professionals.

Give Thanks, Give Blood

"For a 'Free World': Mexican Americans in Texas State Prisons during WWII" with Dr. George T. DÃaz
Date: Thursday, Nov. 6, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. Location: CICE Building, Room 113
Through prison radio programs and rodeo events, Mexican American inmates fought for inclusion against a common enemy. Although Mexican American prisoners’ struggles did not free them from incarceration, their labors altered the way the state viewed them as well as the way they viewed themselves. National Stuttering Association Beaumont/Lamar Chapter Meeting

Percussion Ensemble Concert

Cardinal Lights is back! Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and ExxonMobil present the fifth annual Cardinal Lights holiday light display event.
