Communication Sciences and Disorders, MS
Â鶹ÊÓƵ's Communication Sciences and Disorders graduate program facilitates learning in the areas of normal and disordered communication processes. Students gain awareness of communication differences within multicultural environments and understand the importance of basic and applied research to expanding the profession's knowledge base. They also learn to provide ethical, competent and caring clinical services. Graduates of the program are eligible to obtain state licensure and national certification as speech-language pathologists.

Diverse clinical opportunities, including an on-site teaching clinic that serves the region
Thesis and non-thesis options
Students must satisfactorily complete a comprehensive examination or complete at least six hours of CSD 770 with a grade of P; thesis is considered an appropriate substitute for the comprehensive examination
Clinical coursework, including 400 clock hours of clinical experience, is required for American Speech-Language-Hearing Association certification and licensure
