Valerie Guarnieri is the Chief of Staff, ad interim of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ (Â鶹ÊÓƵ). From 2018 through 2025, Ms. Guarnieri served as Â鶹ÊÓƵ¡¯s Assistant Executive Director for Programme Operations, overseeing the development of Â鶹ÊÓƵ¡¯s Strategic Plan and the design and delivery of food, cash and technical assistance programmes to meet emergency needs, strengthen human capital and improve food security. Previously, she led the global programme function, and held regional and country leadership positions, based in Kenya, the Philippines and Zimbabwe.
