Certificate
The purpose of this certificate is to prepare adult learners for careers in healthcare with high-demand knowledge and job skills related to electronic/personal health records, data management, data analysis, project management, and health informatics. Courses will explore the changing healthcare environment and the role of digital smart media in relation to three areas of telehealth: (a) direct to consumer, (b) remote telehealth, and (c) patient monitoring. The certificate requires 18 credit hours and includes coursework in technology, chronic disease management, data analytics, health informatics, and project management.
