Elementary education major Alyse Rivault knew from a young age that she wanted to be a teacher. In high school, her own supportive teachers solidified this goal, and she enrolled in Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s dual enrollment program to both challenge herself and get a jump start on making her own impact in the classroom.
With an entire semester of credits knocked out before even graduating high school, Alyse is now quickly coming closer to her dream job of empowering students, fostering their creativity and allowing them to shine.
Action Plan
Complete 18 hours of college credits while still in high school.
Maintain a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout college.
Take on new challenges and meet like-minded peers as a member of the College of Honors and Excellence.
Earn a master’s degree.
