Field-Level Agreement template
A Field-Level Agreement (FLA) is the main agreement used in all types of NGO partnership arrangements. It is used in all circumstances where NGOs handle Â鶹ÊÓƵ resources or implement activities on Â鶹ÊÓƵ's behalf. An FLA promotes global consistency in the partnership cycle and gives both parties the assurance that their interests are protected by law.?
Below you can find Â鶹ÊÓƵ¡¯s corporate FLA documents for information purposes only. The Â鶹ÊÓƵ country office, at the time of partnership engagement, prepares the FLA and shares the final copy with the respective Cooperating Partners (CPs). The FLA document in other languages (Arabic, French, Portugese and Spanish) will be made available very soon.
