Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) refers to acts committed by Â鶹ÊÓƵ employees (and those associated to the work of Â鶹ÊÓƵ) against beneficiaries and communities served by Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Â鶹ÊÓƵ has a zero tolerance policy for sexual exploitation and abuse.
